How to update your account email

Current email change path

Tagloom does not currently expose a self-serve account email change form in the app. If your login email is outdated or you need billing communication to use another address, contact support so account ownership can be reviewed first.

What to send support

  1. Write from the current account email if you still have access to it.
  2. Include the new email address you want to use.
  3. Confirm whether the request affects login, billing notices, or both.
  4. If you cannot access the old inbox, describe the last successful login and recent billing activity.

Billing email changes

Subscription and payment details are managed through Stripe. If you can open the billing portal from the Billing page, use it for payment-method and billing-profile updates. If the portal does not cover the email change you need, use Contact Support.

After the change is confirmed

Log out, sign back in with the updated account email or original Google method, and open Billing once to confirm that plan status still appears correctly.
