Email verification is not required right now
No separate email step is needed
Tagloom currently does not require a separate email-verification step for normal free-trial account creation. If you cannot find a verification email after signup, that is expected in the current flow.
Use the same sign-in method
- Return to Log in.
- Use the same email and password you used at signup, or choose Google if you created the account with Google.
- If login fails, use the password reset flow before trying repeated password guesses.
- If Google sign-in fails, make sure you are choosing the same Google account used during signup.
If you still cannot access the account
Use password reset if you created the account with email and password. If reset does not work, or if you are unsure which sign-in method was used, contact Support with the email address and the approximate signup time.
When support reviews ownership
If you no longer have access to the inbox connected to the account, support may need an account ownership review before any account email changes can be discussed.
